Pricing rules

  • VAT. Prices exclude VAT or other taxes unless stated. The VAT treatment that applies is confirmed at order, based on the customer, supplier and transaction.
  • Correspondence items. Proposed counting rule: one item is one distinct inbound communication that must be logged and forwarded. Replies in the same thread count as part of that item. The final rule will be set out in the terms.
  • ICO correspondence. Never refused or left unforwarded because a routine-item allowance has been reached. Any charge for items above an allowance will be published only once the commercial rules are approved.
  • Advisory work. Included appointment services are distinct from chargeable advisory work, which needs written authorisation first.
  • Activation. The appointment is effective only after the signed agreement, acceptance and required information. Payment alone does not activate it.
  • Payment. Online payment is not open yet. We will invoice when the appointment is agreed.
