How it works
From screening to an active appointment, with a signed agreement at the centre.
- Screen. Use the eligibility check. The result is a provisional view, not a legal opinion.
- Enquire. Tell us about your organisation and UK activities. Complex cases get a manual review.
- Review. We review your details and decide whether we can accept the appointment.
- Agree. A written Article 27 appointment is prepared from our approved agreement and signed by both parties.
- Onboard. You supply the information and records needed. We give you our representative details to publish.
- Active. The appointment becomes effective only after signature, acceptance, the required information and any agreed payment condition. Payment alone never activates it.
- Renew. Annual review and renewal, with advance notice of any change in fees.
An invoice or an automated screening result does not by itself create an appointment. The appointment is effective only when the written agreement conditions are met.
